The Outsourcing Oversight Lead will make an important contribution to the sustainable growth of the business while covering a European remit.
Positioned on the 1LOD, you will be responsible for but limited to the following duties;
- Assisting service overs evaluating any risk, managing service delivery and oversight risks associate with their outsourced processes.
- Setting up, implementing, and oversight of outsourced policies, procedures, frameworks, and services
- Ensuring transparency while increasing operational efficiency
- Acting as the single point of contact on SLA matters and escalating queries where appropriate.
