📌 Role & Responsibilities:

Years of Mastery: 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Finance ERP, with experience in implementation.
Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with a dedicated team. Your expertise will shape the project's trajectory.
Champion the Challenge: Dive into an ongoing implementation, identify bottlenecks, offer solutions, and ensure best practices.
On-site Presence: Be available to work on-site in Flanders, Belgium, for 2 days a week at first, bridging the communication and execution gap.
Fluent Communication: Fluent English is essential; Dutch will give you an edge; French is optional.
