A tier 1 European Bank is urgently hiring a Business Analyst for their Operational Risk Management team. This is a team of SMEs covering Business Continuity and Incident Management. This team is highly motivated, values learning and growth of the member and strive to maintain supportive environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will report to the Head of Business Continuity and Incident / Crisis Management and work along with the Project Manager. You will be responsible in developing Business Continuity Plan with stakeholders and work on upstream and downstream data sources. You will play an important role in ensuring Operational Resilience testing.

Requirements:

• Experienced Business Analyst with strong understanding of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity
• Knowledgeable in Risk Management and Operational Management
• Strong Financial Services industry background
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a team environment

This role is an initial 6-months contract with strong possibility of extension. Budget: up to HKD 74k/month
