We're partnering with a fast-growing specialty insurance organization that sits at the intersection of underwriting, operations, and client success. They're seeking an Operations & Stakeholder Engagement Associate who can drive the rhythm of program activity, support strategic partners, and serve as a vital connector between internal teams and external stakeholders.
If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has experience working with MGAs/MGUs or reinsurance, and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex processes-this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
Orchestrate the full lifecycle of insurance programs-from onboarding to closeout.
Act as a go-to problem solver, helping internal and external stakeholders overcome operational hurdles.
Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, finance, and audit teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Take a hands-on role in stakeholder communications, issue tracking, and operational reporting.
Lead or participate in client calls, monitor performance, and propose solutions for process improvement.
What They're Looking For:
3+ years of insurance, reinsurance, or program business experience is essential.
Strong communicator with a knack for client service and cross-team collaboration.
Comfortable navigating the details-operational workflows, compliance, audit responses, etc.
Excel-savvy and organized, with an eye for both data and relationships.
Able to be in-office 2x per week in one of the client's offices (NJ/NY, Philly, Orlando).
