I am looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join a high performing Challenger Bank with offices in the South East and Midlands, and the option to work from home.

Key Skills:
- 2LOD Operational Risk experience within a financial services business (banking experience preferred)
- Ability to take ownership RCSA and KRIs
- Previous experience with improving and embedding Operational Risk Framework

What you will be doing:
- Embedding and improving the Operational Risk Framework
- Maintain RCSA
- Contribute to ICAAP from Operational Risk perspective
