**Operational Resilience & Service Continuity Manager - Permanent - London - Flexible working**
Our client, a leading Global Insurance business are going through an exciting period of modernisation and transformation for which they need entrepreneurial thinkers to help execute their strategic vision for growth. They are also on a very exciting culture transformation journey so are looking for people to help shape and redefine our service excellence promise to their stakeholders.
- Acting as a central point of coordination/lead for all change and technology resilience attestation queries, in line with on-going remediation plans and with a view to build go-forward front-to-back resilience standards.
- Developing an IT Service Continuity Strategy to support the ITSCM requirements whilst ensuring alignment with Operational Resilience.
- Developing, embedding and managing the framework, tools and methodologies in line with the new UK regulatory Operational Resilience requirements, business requirements and emerging (global) industry standards.
- Pursue continuous improvement and challenge adoption of lessons learned during ITSCM and operational resilience related tests, exercises and simulations.
- Lead on the implementation of forward-looking Service Continuity policies and standards aligned to the overarching strategy.
- Guide and assist with implementation of sound and effective resilience processes embedding these into the design and implementation of any new or changed service.
Key Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding for the Operational Resilience landscape, including the regulatory direction of travel (e.g. DORA)
- Have experience through technology and change programmes, including the embedding of large regulatory requirements
