NetScaler Specialist Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge Citrix NetScaler environments for clients, ensuring optimal performance.
* Focus on authentication and web application firewall (WAF) purposes to establish secure and protected client networks.
* Configure various network services, including load balancing, SSL offloading, content switching, and traffic optimisation, to enhance network efficiency.
* Develop and implement robust WAF rules to safeguard critical web applications.
* Expertly troubleshoot complex NetScaler configuration and network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless operations.
* Implement security measures and ensure compliance with customer contracts to maintain data integrity.
* Thoroughly document configurations and processes for easy reference and knowledge sharing.
* Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
* Stay abreast of the latest Citrix NetScaler releases and proactively apply patches and upgrades to maintain system stability.
NetScaler Specialist Requirements:
* Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix NetScaler environments for clients, with a focus on network security.
* Proven expertise in configuring load balancing, SSL offloading, content switching, and other network services.
* In-depth knowledge of web application firewall (WAF) rules and security measures for protecting web applications and NetScaler environments.
* Proficient in troubleshooting complex issues related to NetScaler configurations and network connectivity, ensuring rapid resolution.
* Strong documentation skills for recording configurations and processes accurately and comprehensively.
* Ability to provide effective training and support to team members, facilitating their professional growth.
* Familiarity with the latest Citrix NetScaler releases and the ability to apply patches and upgrades as needed, keeping the environment up to date.
* Fluent in English (minimum requirement), and preferably, proficient in German language skills.
