Role Overview:
As a Medior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SQL, SSAS, and SSIS, with a primary focus on data engineering and leveraging Power BI for insightful visualization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of data, transforming it into actionable insights to drive key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using SQL, SSAS, and SSIS.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Create compelling visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout various stages of data processing.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve data architecture and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in SQL, SSAS, and SSIS.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English languages is preferred.
