Seeking an IT Security Leader for a leading financial services organisation; that due to a large transformation program are expanding their IT functions.

The role is local to Austin and requires strong IT and cybersecurity experience. This is a managerial role and therefore managing IT/security professionals is required.

This role provides the opportunity to strategise, implement and drive the cybersecurity and IT risk management program for the enterprise.

Experience Required:

• 10 years + in IT and/ or cybersecurity
• CISM or CISSP preferred
• Team management experience advantageous as this role will have direct reports
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of privacy standards and of national/ international regulatory compliances and frameworks including ISO, SOX, HIPAA, BASEL II, EU, PCI DS, etc.
