Oliver James is representing a leading Life Insurer in Ireland who require interim support on their Pricing team.

This is a day rate contract position offering flexible home working if required. You can work from Ireland or the UK.

The preferred candidate will be a qualified or experienced Actuary with demonstrable experience in a pricing or product development role in a life (re)insurer. You will ideally have strong knowledge of Protection products.

Pricing experience outside Protection products will be considered, and you must be able to demonstrate getting up to speed quickly with new products.

Start: ASAP

Location: Ireland or UK. Office is in Dublin.

Day Rate: Depending on experience and location.

Required Experience:

• Qualified or experienced Life actuary with at least 5 years Life pricing/product development experience. More experience is welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of Protection products (ideally group protection)
• Other product knowledge can be considered, experience in a commercial role is a must.
