Role Overview:

As a Lead Engineer, you will be integral to our software solutions' design, development, and architecture. You will drive key projects and have the opportunity to incorporate creative ideas, particularly in the area of AI tools integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect software solutions used across multiple regions.
• Lead and shape the implementation of strategically important projects.
• Serve as the technical lead for project teams, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance our software.
• Develop within our technology stack, including C#, .NET 8, Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Participate in innovation projects utilizing AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience in agile software development and project implementation.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, WPF, and Oracle.
• Experience with generative AI or Machine Learning is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work at the intersection of software development and product design.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Leadership qualities with a passion for innovation and team motivation.
