This is an amazing opportunity to join a fun internal Start-Up of a Global business. In this role, you will be a Lead / Senior Test Engineer working with with Backend Software Testing (mainly Java and Kotlin), as well as setting up CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab and containerising using Docker.

As a Lead Tester, you will be working with the Software Engineers to ensure best practises with Testing software, as well as leading a team of 3-4 people.

This is a great opportunity to step up into management in a position which will be 50/50 leadership and technical testing. You would be working directly with the Head of the Testing Division, actively interviewing candidates and clarifying stakeholder requirements.

Is this you?

• Experienced with a Backend software language (Java, Kotlin, C#, Python etc.).
• Experienced with Automation testing.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD and Container Technology.
• Senior Test Engineer with an ambition to progress into leadership.
• Interested in joining a business with a flat hierarchy and a strong IT culture.
• Fluent in English and either hold and Open B/ C work permit or EU passport.
