Junior IT Support Analyst - London

Oliver James' leading global insurance client are currently looking for a passionate individual to join their IT Support function. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, develop and gain valuable IT skills within a global organisation.

You will be working to provide IT Support to the offices in London, Dublin and Paris, learn to solve IT problems using relevant IT tools and technologies.

This is a hands on role where you will be getting involved with all elements of IT Support for a physical presence in London as well remote users abroad.

Key Skills Needed:

• Passionate about IT (Either through self-learning, qualifications or some IT experience)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• GSCE or A-Level or Degree certification

We are just looking for someone who is really confident with customer service skills and a proven interest in IT (Laptops, hardware , computers etc)

You need to be based In London to be able to work on site in their offices
