Job Title : Consultant customer complaints management

Location : Antwerp

Olivier James is looking for a new consultant. In this role,you will be responsible for handling complaints from three different departments: daily banking, credit and investment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse customer complaints and identify areas of improvement within the organisation
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance strategies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Provide support in handling escalated complaints and resolving issues effectively
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Generate reports and present findings to management

Key skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
• Min. 1 year of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial service industry
• Organised , team player and analytical skills
• Passion for understanding customer behaviour and delivering exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in using banking software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
