Oliver James is looking for junior consultant for a major bank in Antwerp.

What is a the role concretely ?

As a Junior Customer Complaints Management Associate, you will be responsible for effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will work closely with senior team members to handle incoming complaints, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Additionally, you will assist in analysing complaint trends and providing insights to improve products or services.

What will you concretely do as Customer Claims ?

  • Analyse customer complaints and identify areas of improvement within the organisation
  • Provide support in handling escalated complaints and resolving issues effectively
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Generate reports and present findings to management
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive problem-solving and service excellence.
  • Monitor complaint trends and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement.

Are you our next Junior Customer Complaints Management Associate ? The answer is yes if ?

  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
  • Fluently in Dutch and French, very good level in French and good level in English
  • Previous experience in customer service, complaint handling, or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools
