Oliver James are partnering with an exciting fin-tech start up as they search for a Junior Compliance Officer to work on their fully digital bank.


This is an exciting, broad role which will help build up their compliance function from scratch, reporting directly into the Head of Compliance. This innovative business only work with sustainable investments, in accordance with the 2030 agenda for sustainable developments. They are FINMA regulated with a go-live in 2023.

This is arguably one of the most exciting brands to work for in Zurich, and this would suit candidates who have 5 years of professional experience in the Swiss Financial services sector in a compliance function.

Candidates must have broad experience of AML, advisory compliance and other banking related areas including market conduct and conflicts of interest.

The working language is English, but due to working closely with FINMA, candidates must also be fluent in German.
