Junior Business Analyst - £40,000 - Chester Hybrid
We are currently looking for a Business analyst to join one of our leading financial services clients within the Pensions market.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous financial services experience and looking for their next career move within business analytics!
Role Requirements:
- Experienced in understanding and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
- Strong ability to elicit and constructively challenge requirements.
- Experience working with administrative back office functions / understanding operational flows.
- Comfortable working remotely with stakeholders in different countries / time zones
- Experience of workflow systems and principles.
- Experience working closely with technical system administration and solution design roles.
- Experience in identifying and engaging with key stakeholders with limited guidance and building trust relationships.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and receiving constructive challenge.
- More of a traditional BA ways of working including a logical and flexible approach to work where standard processes and templates may not be fully formed.
