Your Mission
- Collaborate Effectively: Engage with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, architects, engineers, management, and developers.
- Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase and enhance your skills in software development and lifecycle management.
- Innovate: Maintain standards while exploring new concepts, prototyping, and adopting new methodologies and solutions.
- Guide and Mentor: Lead the adoption of engineering tools and best practices, participate in global software communities, and contribute to DevOps and Cloud initiatives.
- Lead Initiatives: Drive technical maturity and support the development team to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Network and Collaborate: Build strong connections with transversal IT teams, including engineering excellence, security, communications, and data.
Your Profile
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in multiple technologies (Angular, .NET, Java) and frameworks.
- Experience with AWS and Azure.
- Test-driven development approach.
Soft Skills:
- Full proficiency in English; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
- Active learner with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead and adapt to challenges and changes.
- Analytical with the ability to switch contexts quickly.
