IT Support Analyst - Wakefield / Home Working
We are looking for an IT Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business based just outside of Wakefield. This tech led business is currently going through a large digital transformation towards the cloud and therefore there is a huge range of projects to get involved in!
As a technical support/helpdesk engineer, you'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within the Organisation in a technical support role. You will be the first point of contact for internal issues across the company
As an IT Support Analyst, you must have a unique blend of technical IT skills and service-based soft skills. You will be a organised multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced environment.
You will have an inquisitive mind that helps you to ask the right questions necessary to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
The environment is fast-paced and so our IT Support Technicians must have the time management skills necessary to prioritise tasks based on immediacy.
We need someone with a foundation in IT, whether that comes from working experience, an apprenticeship or study. Ideally you will have knowledge some of the following:
- Service Desk tools
- Office 365, Windows 10
- Active Directory
- basic networking
