Are you an IT operations technician/Infrastructure engineer looking for your next challenge?

You MUST have experience working within Insurance (London market preferably) & also the following experience below:

- MSSQL/VMware/ Windows Server.

- Microsoft applications including Office 365, Microsoft server and desktop operation systems.

- Virtualisation and VDI with a familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

- Networking and wireless technologies.

- IT related security products/services.

- Financial services related third party applications such as Eclipse, RMS, VIPR, ECF, Sequel Claims, Cognos, Sun Accounts is not essential but would be advantageous

Main Purpose of the role:

The IT Operations team is responsible for maintaining the company's IT services and equipment including troubleshooting, detecting, and solving technical problems, installing/ updating hardware and software and providing high quality support to improve the organisational effectiveness and colleague's productivity
