Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of new projects and system enhancements
- Ensure product availability for both critical client facing applications and internal applications.
- Handle and respond to L1 / L2 tickets raised by end-users.
- Handle end to end process for change / service requests and incident tickets.
- Maintain IT asset inventory including applications, systems and software.
- Support road map analysis and implementation for IT applications.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or relevant with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Proven experience in managing vendors and stakeholders.
- Candidates with prior experience in software development is preferred.
- Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
