The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and developing innovative solutions to optimise policy administration operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough analysis of policy administration systems and processes.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.

- Developing comprehensive business requirements documentation.

- Providing subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders.

- Participating in testing efforts and ensuring successful system deployments.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance industry.

- Strong knowledge of policy administration systems and processes.
