I am working with a global insurance company on their dedicated Project Team's hiring.
We are seeking for a seasoned Project Manager from the insurance industry who has done 5+ years of experience in managing projects, or working in a project based environment.
Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for defining project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables. This includes creating a detailed project plan, identifying required resources, and establishing timelines and milestones
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies is an important aspect of your role
- Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team and the organization will be crucial
- Interact with various stakeholders such as executives, business leaders, marketing teams, IT departments, and external vendors
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the insurance industry
- Experienced in driving Agile project management
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Language requirements: Cantonese, English, Mandarin
This is a 12-months extendable contract. This team is collaborative, high performing, and stable.
