This company is a regional insurance company that provides a range of products and services to customers in Singapore and beyond. They are currently seeking a Manager/AVP for Infrastructure & Cyber Security to lead their team in implementing and maintaining a hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on-prem), as well as cyber security management. The company culture is people-oriented, friendly, and is an advocate of flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of IT, you will be leading the team in infrastructure (hybrid of Azure Cloud and on-prem) and cyber security functions. The role is fairly broad where you will have the autonomy to manage the domains and lead a team. Partnering with internal teams (apps, change, operations etc.), you will also be closely working with vendors and company partners. Highlights of responsibilities

• Hybrid infrastructure solutions: cloud (Azure), on-prem network, technology design, implementation, deployment
• Cloud security and traditional security management (assess risk, identify vulnerabilities, policy & control); involve in implementation of secure platform architecture (partnering with InfoSec GRC and Risk & Control teams)
• Partnering closely with internal and external vendors and stakeholders in delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related disciplines
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with good understanding in Cloud environment
• Experience and exposure to Network, DevOps, IAM technologies, Cloud, DevSecOps, security operations and management
• Good understanding in financial institution security set up is a bonus
• Management or supervision experience will be a bonus
• Open to all industry background; your skills and experience is more important!
