Information Security Manager - SOC/SIEM (m/f/d)

As the Information Security Manager, you'll have a crucial role in planning and implementing transformative solutions for water, waste, and energy management.
Located in Hamburg, you will have the opportunity to work with a flexible model that allows for 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office.
Some of your tasks as the Information Security Manager will be:
- You will have a significant role in the cyber defense team, driving the establishment of a 'Managed SIEM/SOC service' and overseeing the development and utilization of security tools (SIEM/EDR/Vulnerability Management).
- Your responsibilities will include evaluating risks, vulnerabilities, and external threats to ensure IT/OT security, as well as providing support or taking the lead in central security projects.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for handling pentest results and assigning tasks for vulnerability remediation.
Your skills as the Information Security Manager are:
- You possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in IT and IT security.
- Having expertise in OT security is advantageous.
- You have hands-on experience with reputable EDR systems and excel in event analysis.
- Your knowledge of SIEM, SOC, use cases, and incident response is extensive.
- Familiarity with security standards like ISO2700x, KRITIS, NIST, etc., is valuable to your skill set.
- Your exceptional communication skills in both German and English, combined with team spirit and creativity, enable effective collaboration with colleagues and superiors.
- You effortlessly communicate across all levels and adeptly tailor your messages to suit the audience.
