IFRS17 Reporting Actuary
Location: Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire) - Hybrid Working

Oliver James has partnered with a market leading consolidator of closed book insurers, to recruit a part qualified or fully qualified actuary with financial reporting experience within life insurance.
You'll be providing actuarial expertise and support to the Deputy Chief Actuary in the implementation of the IFRS17 process.
Within the business you may have the opportunity to work amongst different teams and gain experience in multiple areas of the actuarial field, such as: IFRS17, reporting, capital, mergers & acquisitions, ALM & investments.
This role is based in Aylesbury (north of London) and will open to seeing candidates looking for full time or part time employment. Contract candidates will also be considered.
To be considered for the role you will need to be a part qualified/fully qualified actuary with financial reporting experience within the Life Insurance market. Modelling, systems and financial projections experience is also desirable, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
