Oliver James are exclusively working with a leading Fashion business who are looking for a senior HR IT Consultant with strong change experience.

They are looking for this person to design and integrate new / improved processes within their HR system and optimize the HR IT architecture within the business. This person will also be responsible for designing new workflows and processing IT tickets to their escalation points, as well as maintaining system documentation and system admin policies.

There is a key focus on communication skills for this role, as it requires this person to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders and manage the changes which will impact the rest of the business.

Requirements for the role:

- Experience dealing with HR systems

- Excellent communication skills

- Ideally experience with workflow and document management tools

- Previous experience working with and managing external providers / 3rd parties

* Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 Level)

There are excellent benefits on offer for this position, including a base salary of up to €90,000. Hybrid working in Telgte.
