We're looking for a passionate & enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a leading technology centric organisation.
This People/ HR team has had a real focus on building out the best offering possible and have now won multiple (recent) known awards off the back of this!
You'd be joining a small but dedicated team to continue that journey, ensuring that high standards continue to be achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Advise and guidance on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, absence management etc
- Support your manager with the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and practices. Ensuring compliance
- Ensure compliance & GDPR policies and procedures are adhered to and align with internal HR policies and practices
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process for hiring
- Collaborate with Managers to develop and implement effective engagement strategies, ensuring a positive work place environment
- Assist with the administration of HR processes; maintenance of records, employee benefits, processing payroll etc
- Support your team by being proactive and noticing areas for continuous improvement

Based on the outskirts of Manchester this is a hybrid role for a few days a week so you do need to be a commutable distance.
This role is paying up to £35,000 dependent on experience plus a host of benefits!
