We're looking for a HR Advisor to join an industry leading organisation in a collaborative, established HR Team.
You'd be joining initially on a 14 month FTC to have a real focus on Employee Relations. Although an all rounded, collaborative HR Team, each person has a leaning towards a specialism.
Although this is a Fixed Term Contract, they're still looking for someone who can make a real difference in the organisation!
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide advice & guidance to employees and management on HR Policies, procedures and best practice
- Server as the main point of contact for Employee Relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary, grievance handling etc
- Support transformation programmes
- Conduct detailed investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions
- Support colleagues & manages with well being and welfare issues
- Participate in developing and facilitating manger workshops & training sessions on HR related topics.

We're just looking for someone who has experience handling Employee Relations issues and cases as well as a good broader HR knowledge
This is a hybrid role based in Manchester City centre so you do need ot be a commutable distance from the city centre.
This role is paying up to £35,000 dependent on experience plus a host of benefits!
