You are responsible for overseeing all processes and projects that are carried out in the area of activity of IT.
You will coordinate problem solving and act as a contact for IT questions.
In terms of content, your area of responsibility includes the user helpdesk and service management
Project portfolio management and IT governance.
You lead the 10-strong team and are responsible for the definition, coordination, tracking and further development of the IT service catalogue in coordination with the Head of User Support and the Head of Infrastructure, as well as for the definition, Coordination, implementation and further development of a Switzerland-wide governance model for IT.
The coordination of the SGTS-CH project portfolio (status reports, identification of project risks, control of the approval process, coordination with business stakeholders) as well as the supply management of the external service providers and business partner is also part of your area of responsibility.
The development of the relevant key figures and reporting to the stakeholders (Business, CIO, CISO ), ensuring the IT guidelines of the SG Group as well as compliance and the specification of Country-specific IT guidelines complete your area of responsibility.
