I am currently working with a top Financial Services Institution for a confidential search of Head of Transformation.

The Head of Transformation will lead various transformation programmes, ensures staff engagement throughout the process. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with building relationship and communicating with senior stakeholders to help overcome barriers to change. This person must be an experienced leader and is able to identify gaps and recommend development activities for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of projects and taskforce in accordance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Follow through on all applicable processes as applicable to the strategic formation and project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks and risks, and take proactive measures to address issues and ensure timely completion
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to management on the progress, risks and concerns
  • Participate in relevant project steering committees representing Group Enterprise Architecture function when necessary
  • Build strong relationships with business groups across the enterprise, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities
  • Guide and assist local business units to resolve project issues
  • Design appropriate and effective operating model to execute the strategies
  • Work on specific project assignment as identified by reporting manager to deliver the expected project objective on time on budget
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by reporting manager in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Insurance / Banking industry
  • Proven record in driving large-scale transformation and experienced in leading teams
  • Comfortable in leading PM / BA / Developers / Product Owners, etc
  • Skillful in preparation of presentation materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in budget management
