Position Overview:
I am working with a top MNC who are looking to bring in a talented Head of Transformation. You will play a critical role in driving and leading the organisation's strategic initiatives to adapt, evolve, and thrive in a rapidly changing industry. You will be responsible for spearheading the transformation efforts across various business functions, identifying innovative opportunities, and implementing effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to embrace change and drive transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
Change Management:
- Identify and assess potential barriers to change, and develop strategies to overcome resistance and ensure successful adoption.
- Drive change management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation efforts, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Process Optimisation:
- Analyze and streamline existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices and standardize processes to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Technology and Digital Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the insurance landscape.
- Champion the adoption of digital solutions, such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud technologies, to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritise and implement technology initiatives that support the transformation agenda.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of transformation efforts.
- Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis and leverage insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
10+ years of experience in transformation
Proven record in driving large-scale transformation and experienced in leading teams
Comfortable in leading PM / BA / Developers / Product Owners, etc
Skillful in preparation of presentation materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Experienced in budget management
