Head of Strategic Transformation

This specialist UK Insurer is currently seeking a Head of Strategic Transformation Office on a 12 - month FTC.

The ideal candidate will have experiene leading a change governance / portfolio management function.

Responsibilities will include -

- Portfolio PMO
- Ownership for all of the change governance processes
- Responsibility to drive business piepline and portfolio planning
- Resposibility for the main governance across the business that manage change


Previous Insurance / London Market experience is essential within this role.

This role offers a hybrid 2/3 days in the office a week arrangement.
