I am working with an exciting specialty insurance organization based in Chicago on a brand new Head of Public Entity Claims opening.

In this role you would manage a team of 3 public entity & GL examiners, as well as have oversight of the TPAs that are handling the less complex claims and getting involved in the coverage issues as and where necessary.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has significant experience handling public entity/municipality claims

- Has some experience managing people (whether it be a team in house or managing the TPAs externally)

- Either has a JD background or has a longer history within the claims space

This position is based from Chicago on a hybrid schedule and the salary is flexible depending on experience.
