We're looking for a Head of Insights to join an industry leading organisation that is currently going through a big period of growth due to continued success!
This small-medium sized company provides innovative solutions to some of the biggest names & organisations out there! This position will be crucial to the companies development moving forwards.
You will take ownership over all strategic and commercial Insights moving forwards with the support of a small team. You will have full autonomy & ownership over your function, driving the use of Insights to influence the business strategy and future products!
Key Responsibilities:
- To Lead and develop full end-end strategic Insights propositions across media planning, campaign reporting, measurement, analysis, customer behaviour, market trends
- Work closely with other business teams to create & deliver targeted insights & reports that support client retention & growth strategy
- Work with key client stakeholders to identify insight needs and to provide solutions
- Lead & develop your team to deliver industry leading insights into major brands media networks. Creating meaningful insights & recommendations to present to clients.
- Grow successful long-term relationships with key clients!
- Be responsible for defining best practice within your team, striving for innovation and new ways to better present accurate insights
- Create a supportive environment that encourages progression, sharing and learning!
