Head of Financial Reporting - RegTech - Client Facing

Fantastic opportunity to join an award winning RegTech business! This customer facing role will entail leading and growing out the financial reporting team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and get the unique opportunity to be part of this scaling business as it leads the way in the RegTech and FinTech space!

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, scale and develop a team of graduates and part-qualified accountants to deliver top tier support to customers for ESEF reporting, UKSEF reporting and iXBRL tagging to different jurisdictions
• Develop and maintain relationships with the senior management team, specifically within the sales and marketing department to aid in demo's on regulatory technology platforms
• Be responsible for and develop standard operating procedures and controls, documentation, and change management approach for all financial reporting

Some Key Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• Previous financial reporting, IFRS and technical accounting experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills
