As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial planning and reporting, treasury and tax obligations of the firm. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all accounting, legal and regulatory obligations.
This is a Pre-approval Controlled Function (PCF) as defined by the CBI in its Fitness and Probity Standards. (namely, PCF 11)
What you can expect:
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Planning, co-ordinating and managing internal and external audits.
- Driving and supporting data and reporting transformation on the firms' portfolio.
- Managing key commercial, banking and relevant regulatory relationships.
- Advising the CEO on the financial performance of the firm and the identification and management of financial risk, including stress testing where required.
- Collaborating closely with the Group's finance, tax and treasury teams to ensure delivery of all requirements for the Irish business.
What you need to apply:
- 5+ years' of extensive experience at a senior level in financial services.
- PCF 11 experience preferred.
- Good strategic judgement, business acumen and dealing with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and manage stakeholder engagement and expectations.
