Our client is seeking to hire a Head of Credit to support the UK business. This is a newly created role within the business and marks an exciting time of growth for the organisation.
In this role, you will have accountability for the performance and development of credit risk across UK business unit and act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders assisting in credit risk management
What you can expect:
- Perform regular monitoring and controls assessments for credit and risks.
- Identification of potential credit and risk enhancement opportunities.
- Active management to ensure resources are allocated correctly.
- Strong focus on business outcomes and customer service.
What you need to apply:
- Subject matter expert on Credit Risk Management.
- Experience with scorecard development ideally within an unsecured lending environment.
- Ability to translate statistical principles and model-based solutions into practical business applications.
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from varying business units.
