Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Change & Transformation department as their Head of Change & Transformation.
You will be holding a unique position where you will be responsible not only for shaping the organisation's readiness for change but also for coordinating, integrating, and expanding the organisation's capacity for change. This objective will be accomplished by aligning the business's capacity needs with the delivery of effective change management, maximising the impact of their products for the benefits of their customers and the overall business. This alignment will be in accordance with their group's purpose and priorities, ensuring consistency with the core business strategy, resolving conflicting visions regarding corporate purpose, and establishing accountability and opportunities.
This role will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive Change and Communications Strategy in collaboration with both the Group and Local BUs. Additionally, you will be collaborating with corporate functions and relevant teams within Group Tech and HR teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and cost and utilisation efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of financial services/ insurance industry experience
- Extensive experience in Strategic Change, Consulting, Managing large programmes, significant operating model and restructuring change
- Strong knowledge of technology and current trends
- At least 5 years of business management or equivalent support of C-Suite executive decision making
