I am working with a globally recognized specialty insurance carrier on a brand new general liability claims opening.

This position is a senior specialist role and focuses on general liability claims including premise liability. They will be complex and litigated claims and focused on both primary and excess policies.

For this role we are looking for someone who has experience with:

- GL Claims - slip and falls, premise liability

- Litigation Experience

- Primary & Excess Policy experience

- Coverage analysis & Writing their own coverage letters

The position can be based out of the following locations on a hybrid schedule:

- Dallas, TX

- Atlanta, GA

- Chicago, IL

- New Jersey (multiple office locations)

- NYC
