Our client, a a private wealth management group, is looking for a self-starting, highly-motivated Fund Accountant to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities;
- Preparation of monthly NAV and year end and semi annual financial statements
- Investment reporting and dealing with custodians, regulators, etc.
- Shareholder services
- Daily trades, bank reconciliations, cash management
- Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory returns
- Ad hoc projects within fund admin
The candidate;
- Level 8 degree - business related
- Aspiration to undergo accountancy qualification (bonus if already acquired)
- Attention to details
- Analytical skills
- IT skills and competent with microsoft suite
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- 1-4 year's fund accounting experience
