- Production environment monitoring and automation of monitoring tools
- Troubleshooting issues to quickly analyse available data to arrive at a root cause of the problem
- Managing the issues and requests list to ensure open queries and problems are dealt with promptly
- Incident management process including issue investigation, performing post incident reviews, management of stakeholder expectations, and delivery of resolutions
- Contributing to product development by recommending changes to improve supportability and efficiency
