This role encompasses fraud detection and prevention, managing fraud cases, and using detection tools. It involves communication with stakeholders, providing customer support, and collaborating with teams to enhance banking security and improve processes, ensuring a safer experience for customers and society.
Your responsibilities
As a Fraud Analyst you will need:
- Analyzing incoming alerts to identify potential fraud and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Managing fraud cases reported through digital channels or phone calls.
- Using various fraud detection tools and techniques to identify fraudulent activities.
- Handling emails from internal stakeholders (such as KYC, A&S, Complaints, DBPI, Branches) and external stakeholders (including merchants, other financial institutions, law enforcement, and customers).
- Engaging with customers through chat to provide general information and advice.
- Collaborating with Fraud Prevention, Fraud Detection, and Fraud Investigation teams to enhance banking security, improve processes, and contribute to a safer society for everyone.
Your Profile
- You possess a Bachelor degree.
- You're fluent in French and Dutch.
