Our client, an established insurance company, is seeking a highly proficient and dedicated Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic Finance department.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Manage the entire cycle of regulatory reporting for Property & Casualty under the guidelines of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate comprehensive audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting systems to improve process efficiency and quality of outputs.
• Provide strategic leadership to the financial reporting team, nurturing a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Skills

• Expertise in Statutory Reporting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong understanding and experience with Property & Casualty Regulatory Reporting for the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
