Finance Business Partner - Airlines
Exciting opportunity to join one of Irelands most iconic brands as a finance business partner.
I am currently recruiting for 2 roles on behalf of my client as their Business Partnering function expands. Reporting to the senior finance business partner managers, these roles will provide support to senior management and executive functions.
The first role will specifically look at the company's transformation project. There will be involvement in ad-hoc finance project, investment decisions and supporting various business work streams. It will also involve the creation, management, reporting and financial governance for the transformation program.
The second business partnering role will focus on the operational side of the business around the budgeting/forecasting/planning and general business partnering responsibilities. It will, for example look at the staff training, recruitment, retail, etc working with key stakeholders/ Directors in this area communicating with a business partnering lens. The successful candidate will have a keen interest/understanding of the aviation industry and will be a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Some Key requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA or CIMA), 2+ years PQE
- Previous Business Partnering Experience is highly desirable
- Excellent Communicator, good IT skills and a genuine interest in the aviation industry
