Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive expense and cost reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial data.
- Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with various department heads to formulate strategic financial decisions and optimize spending.
- Provide expert financial advice and insights that serve as a benchmark for budget planning and cost management.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and cost-effective measures for senior management review.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the finance team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
