Job Description:

• Utilize strong expertise in the Flex system to support the leasing team in optimizing leasing operations
• Collaborate with leasing team members to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and efficiency of the Flex system in relation to leasing processes
• Provide technical support and training to leasing team members on system functionalities and best practices
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement in the context of leasing activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT and operations, to implement system upgrades and enhancements for the leasing team
• Generate reports and provide insights on leasing-related system usage, trends, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in system analysis, particularly in the context of leasing operations
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date system documentation and user manuals for leasing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably with experience supporting leasing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot system issues related to leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leasing team members and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in system testing and quality assurance methodologies
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines within the leasing team
