Role & Responsibilities:
- Experience managing operations, planning future projects, managing projects
- Manage infrastructure and deployment of Epic Revenue Cycle systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Provide support to Team Leads
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Skills:
- 5+years of experience in a Management position
- Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules required (PB, HIM, Patient Access modules)
- MyChart experience a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
