Role: EMEA Customer Success Manager
Location: Dublin (Remote - office visit once a quarter)
Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 base, OTE €90,000 - €95,000 + benefits
Type: Permanent
Our client are one of the fastest growing tech companies in the Legal sector, looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Manager with proven experience delivering value and client success with global customers.
The successful candidate will join an established team to manage relationships with Enterprise customers, track customer outcomes and success goals and deliver key data insights and recommendations.
This will be a remote first position, with the requirement to go to office once a quarter. The company is based in Dublin city center if you would like to go to office more frequently.
Skills:
- Previous experience working within a Software company in a similar role
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk or similar CS software
- Highly motivated and resolution orientated
- Experience managing and developing enterprise customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in remote and in person settings
