**Position: Director of Data Science, Customer Analytics**

Our company is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Data Science with a focus on customer analytics to lead our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that improve our customer experience while driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and execute on projects from end-to-end, including data collection, exploration, modeling, and analysis. As an expert in customer analytics, you will leverage advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights that help inform our product development, marketing, and sales strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed

- Develop and execute data-driven strategies that improve customer experience and drive business growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and execute on projects from end-to-end

- Oversee data collection, exploration, modeling, and analysis activities to generate actionable insights

- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and trends in customer behavior and product usage

- Develop and implement predictive models that inform our product development, pricing, and marketing strategies

- Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science and customer analytics, and apply them to our business as appropriate

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on customer analytics

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies that improve customer experience and drive business growth

- Expertise in statistical and machine learning techniques, with a strong understanding of their practical applications in the context of customer analytics

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring teams of data scientists and analysts

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact

- Experience working with SQL, Python, R, and other data analytics tools and languages
